How can we help you
Tell us what you are building
Three questions, about thirty seconds. You get the phases in construction order, which Griffin division self-performs each one, and what the affiliates supply. Then it goes straight to estimating.
What kind of project is it?
Pick the one that fits best. You can add detail later.
Which parts do you need Griffin to handle?
Select everything that applies. Every item below is work Griffin self-performs or supplies.
Division 01
Site Work
Site preparation, earth moving and civil construction are the foundation of the business. Griffin reroutes water, installs drainage, builds sewer systems, sets pipe and prepares ground for roadway and building construction, delivering turnkey work for builders, developers, municipal and state governments, transportation authorities and utilities.
Division 02
Utility Work
Storm sewers, water systems and sanitary sewers. Griffin has worked with most of the utility companies in Coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Low Country, delivering the underground systems that let communities grow. Underground goes in first, so it sets your schedule. We plan it that way.
Division 03
Concrete Work
Griffin is both a formwork and a full frame structural concrete contractor, and one of the Southeast's leading concrete contractors. With engineering, on site formwork manufacturing and concrete resources at the ready, the systems get built to perform in the shortest time the schedule allows.
Division 04
Asphalt & Milling
A commercial milling, paving, seal coating and line striping operation across Coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Low Country. From resurfacing to new construction, Griffin is particularly well known for comprehensive asphalt milling and crushed concrete capability.
Division 05
Foundation & Pile Driving
The pile driving specialists at Griffin bring engineering, a proven track record and close attention to detail to Coastal Georgia and South Carolina Low Country foundation projects. Coastal soils do not forgive guesswork, so crews draw on deep experience and current technology to land projects on time and on budget.
Division 06
Demolition & Recycling
Griffin safely removes unused, abandoned and obsolete commercial, municipal, government and industrial structures, and takes pride in its environmental record. Material hauled away that can be recycled is recycled to strict standards, and crushed concrete comes back out as usable base material.
One contract, three companies
The single source stack
Most jobs need a contractor, a material supplier and extra hands. Griffin is all three. One point of contact, one schedule, and no gap where a subcontractor hands off to another subcontractor.
